Create an heirloom, hand-sewn Merry Christmas banner that can be hung on a wall, around your tree or wherever you need to take the festivities.  And the kids can help wet felt the balls! Pennants are 4″x6″ and the banner is approximately 6 1/2 feet long when stretched straight across.  Sewing the pendants and wet felting small amounts of felt into balls are required to create this beautiful banner.
