Freckle Pen – fine point

We love this technical pen for precision freckle making.  The Pigma Micron pen is waterproof. Its fine point of 005 makes small, delicate freckles.  I recommend practicing on a scrap piece of fabric first. Hold the pen straight up and down and quickly touch the fabric to make freckles.  Leaving it on the fabric for too long can cause bleeding.
