Lustrous 2mm satin cord by the yard for kumihimo makes lovely braids quickly and inexpensively. Select individual colors, or braid using a color mixes.

    2mm RatTail Satin Cord

    Lustous Rayon and cotton #1 weight satin cord (1.5 to 2mm in diameter), made in the USA. Order about three times the length of the desired finished braid. An 8 cord braid will be about 3/8 inch (8 mm) in diameter. Used for Kumihimo braiding and is about the same size as a #5 pearl cotton.  The varigated cord changes color about every meter.
