Great Lakes Roving is dyed right here at Weir Crafts so you are getting custom colors no one else has! This wool roving is shorter stapled and dyed in gorgeous colors by our Master Dyer. It’s composed of several breeds of sheep from upper midwestern farms here in the USA and processed by a family-owned mill in its 4th generation, running since 1910! Needle felting artists love the versatility and ease of using our wool roving. We hit the nail on the head with this one.
Check out our Dani Ives colors. She is one heck of a fiber artist who agreed to try our new roving and loved it! We asked her to help us develop our new palette and boy did she come up with some outstanding choices!
